APL Apollo Tubes has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1 st July 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (both Consolidated and Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ending 30th June 2026 for the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, as covered under the “Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives” of the Company. The date of Board Meeting of the Company for consideration of Unaudited Financial Results (both Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter ending 30th June, 2026 shall be intimated separately in due course.
