Pursuant to the BSE Circular No.: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019 and in accordance with the Internal Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades of the Company read with applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Gratex Industries has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons shall remain closed from 01st July, 2026 till 48 hours of the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026 (‘the Unaudited Financial Results’). The date of the Board Meeting for announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results shall be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Connected Persons / Designated Persons / Directors are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
