Further, in continuation to its earlier letter dated June 23, 2026 regarding the closure of Trading Window from Wednesday, July 1, 2026, in line with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the company has informed that the Trading Window shall continue to remain closed till Saturday, August 1, 2026.
