Uniworth International has informed that in accordance with provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for the prevention of Insider Trading in securities of the Company, and in view of finalization of Unaudited Accounts for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026 the ‘Trading Window’ for the dealing in securities of Uniworth International shall remain closed for ‘Designated Persons’ and ‘Insider’ with effect from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
