CreditAccess Grameen moves up on raising Rs 325 crore through NCDs

CreditAccess Grameen is currently trading at Rs. 1461.40, up by 1.85 points or 0.13% from its previous closing of Rs. 1459.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1460.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1480.00 and Rs. 1460.00 respectively. So far 11502 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1566.00 on 05-May-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1112.90 on 23-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1483.65 and Rs. 1360.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 23638.28 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 66.24%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 25.53% and 8.24% respectively.

CreditAccess Grameen has raised Rs 325 crore through allotment of non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The company has allotted 32,500 senior, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, transferable, taxable, NCDs, having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, on a private placement basis. The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 9.25% per annum (fixed), payable quarterly and a tenure of 24 months and 2 days from the Deemed Date of Allotment. The Deemed Date of Allotment for the NCDs is June 24, 2026. The Executive, Borrowings & Investment Committee of the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on June 24, 2026 has approved the same.
