Actis Pine Labs Investment Holdings has pared over 2% stake held in Pine Labs through an open market transaction worth around Rs 371 crore. Actis Pine Labs Investment Holdings has offloaded over 2.39 crore shares, representing over 2% of total shareholding, of the company. The shares were sold at an average price of Rs 155.17 apiece.

Meanwhile, Axis Mutual Fund has bought around 96.15 lakh shares of the company for around Rs 148 crore. The shares were acquired at an average price of Rs 154 apiece.
