In terms of the Company's ‘Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading by Insiders and Code regarding Practice and Procedure For Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information” (‘the Code’), Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency has informed that the trading window shall be closed from July 01, 2026 till 48 hours from the date of Board Meeting in which the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 are considered & approved, for trading in equity shares and listed debt securities. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. During the above period of closure of trading window, all designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in IREDA’s equity shares and listed debt securities. The date of the Board Meeting of IREDA for consideration and approval of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, will be intimated in due course.
