Pursuant to the Code of Conduct on Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Sudeep Pharma has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall be closed for designated persons from Wednesday, 1st July 2026 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results of the Company for quarter ending on 30th June 2026 and other matters, if any. Accordingly, all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, directly or indirectly, are prohibited to deal in the securities of the Company during this period. The date of the meeting of the Board of directors to approve the un-audited financial results of the company for the aforementioned quarter, shall be informed to the stock exchanges in due course.
