Quest Capital Markets has informed that 40th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company is scheduled to be held at 11:00 am on Monday, 27th July, 2026 through Video Conference (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) to transact the business as contained in the notice of the said meeting to be sent to our shareholders and others entitled to receive the same in due course. Further informed that, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of our Company will remain closed during the period from 21st July, 2026 to 27th July, 2026 for the purpose of AGM & dividend. Further, the Company has fixed Monday, 20th July, 2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of Members to receive the dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026.
