Navneet Education has informed that as per the Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of insider trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company by the Designated Persons will remain closed from 1st July, 2026. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement/ declaration of the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ending 30th June, 2026 is made by the Company to the Stock Exchanges. The date of the Board Meeting for the aforesaid purpose shall be intimated separately.
