During this period, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited from entering into any transaction involving dealing/ trading in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window. The date of board meeting for consideration and approval of the un-audited standalone & consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
