VA Tech Wabag, ACME Solar Holdings and Godrej Properties to see some action today

VA Tech Wabag has been awarded a ‘Large’ Order by the City of Vienna, Municipal Department MA 31-Wiener Wasser, for the expansion of the Donauinsel Water Works in Vienna, Austria. With this project, WABAG further strengthens its position as a leading full-service provider for complex infrastructure in drinking water and wastewater treatment. The project highlights WABAG’s ability to deliver integrated, climate-resilient water technology solutions for major public utilities and reinforces its role as a reliable partner for sustainable water management.

ACME Solar Holdings (ASHL), through its wholly owned subsidiary - ACME Suryodaya, has commissioned 240.720 MWh capacity of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project located at Village: Sanwara and Mehar Nagar, Tehsil-Pokhran, Dist: Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, on June 30, 2026. The commercial operation date (COD) for the same shall be July 02, 2026. With this, ACME Suryodaya has achieved a commissioned capacity of 285 MW / 842.624 MWh.

Godrej Properties (GPL) has participated in an e-auction conducted by the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA) for residential group housing plots. GPL has emerged as the highest bidder for a 4.95-acre (20,050 sq. m.) residential land parcel in Sector 151, Noida, as reflected on the e-tendering portal of HDFC Bank. GPL acquired the land for Rs 331.75 crore. The company intends to develop a residential group housing project on the land parcel, projected to generate estimated revenues exceeding Rs 2,000 crore. The development will feature premium residential apartments offered in diverse configurations.

RITES has received work of Project Management Consultancy services for planning, design and development of infrastructural facilities and other related works in campus of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) on Cost Plus PMC Fee basis. Total project cost of Rs 175.41 crore excluding GST (including RITES Fees) approximately.

NTPC Green Energy's JV - ONGC NTPC Green's (50:50 JV between the company and ONGC Green) wholly owned subsidiary -- Ayana Renewable Power (Ayana) has emerged as a successful bidder in the e-reverse auction conducted by Madhya Pradesh Power Management Company (MPPMCL). The tender aimed at the Purchase of 800 MW Wind Power Through Competitive Bidding Process Followed By eReverse Auction from Projects Setup Anywhere in India with ‘Greenshoe Option’ of Additional Capacity Upto 100% (800 MW). In line with the Request for Selection (RFS) conditions, Ayana secured a capacity of 193 MW at a tariff of Rs 4.17/kWh.

Newgen Software Technologies has received and accepted Letter of Award from Overseas entity situated in Philippines for Retail Loan Origination Solution. The aggregate value of the aforesaid Award is $1,710,000. The said order is expected to be completed in 5 years.

RailTel Corporation of India has received the Work Order from Mahanadi Coalfields (MCL) for establishment of MPLS VPN Network for MCL on a Rental Basis for a Period of 60 months. The size of order as per Work Order is Rs 107.60 crore (Including Tax).
