Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’) and the applicable SEBI Industry Standards on Regulation 30, Emmvee Photovoltaic Power has informed that, Shailesha Barve (Membership No. A50601) has tendered his resignation from the position of Company Secretary (CS) & Compliance Officer (CO) of the Company vide his letter dated May 2, 2026, to pursue opportunities outside the organization. He shall cease to be the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on June 30, 2026. Consequent to the above, the Board of Directors has appointed Nagaraj Shrinivas Ronad (Membership No. A56336), an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), as the Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from July 1, 2026, to discharge the duties and responsibilities of the Compliance Officer in accordance with the Listing Regulations. The disclosures required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular dated January 30, 2026, together with a copy of the resignation letter, are enclosed as Annexure A. This disclosure is also being made available on the website of the Company.
