Avio Smart Market Stack (ASMS) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with StandardWings Technologies to jointly explore the development of next-generation digital platforms aimed at transforming India's agricultural and rural ecosystem. The collaboration brings together ASMS' extensive rural network spanning over 5,000 villages and access to nearly 4 crore farmers and rural residents, with StandardWings' expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), enterprise software, and digital product development.
Under the proposed collaboration, the two companies will explore the development of scalable digital infrastructure to support sustainable agriculture, climate initiatives, rural commerce, financial inclusion, and technology-driven farmer services. The collaboration will focus on a wide range of technology initiatives, including AI-powered crop advisory systems, yield prediction models, pest detection, weather-based decision support systems, digital agri-platforms, IoT-enabled precision farming solutions, smart agri-store technology, digital marketplace integration, supply chain traceability platforms, ESG assessments, digital Measurement, Reporting and Verification (dMRV) systems for carbon projects, sensor-based livestock anomaly detection, AI-powered applications, and farmer-centric digital solutions.
The companies also intend to jointly develop innovative agri-tech solutions, pilot programmes, and proprietary platforms tailored to India's evolving rural landscape, supporting the adoption of regenerative farming practices and climate-focused initiatives through digital technologies.
