SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024. The following changes have been done in Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the Company: Sudhanshu Mishra Appointed as SMP upon assuming charge as HoD (Geomatics) consequent to superannuation of Shri Mohit Rastogi with effect from July 01, 2026; Sunil Manohar Bhaskar Appointed as SMP upon assuming charge as HoD (TE&CM) consequent to superannuation of Shri Barun Kumar Gupta with effect from July 01, 2026; and Punam Singh Appointed as SMP upon assuming charge as HoD (Environment) consequent to superannuation of Vinod Kumar Pandey with effect from July 01, 2026.
