Dhanuka Agritech has informed that Abu Khalid, Senior General Manager - Quality, designated as Senior Management Personnel (‘SMP’) of the Company, has retired from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on June 30, 2026, in accordance with the Company’s superannuation policy. Consequently, he has ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company. Since the aforesaid cessation is on account of retirement, the requirement of a resignation letter is not applicable in this case. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 are given in Annexure A.
