Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Expleo Solutions has informed that Saket Newaskar, Key Managerial Personnel (‘KMP’) and Senior Management Personnel (‘SMP’) has tendered his resignation from the Company with immediate effect due to personal reasons. The Company has accepted his resignation and will be relieved from his duties on the last working date, which will be intimated in due course. It has further informed that there is no other material reason for the resignation other than the reason mentioned in the resignation letter.
