Noting of the resignation of Jessica Juliana Mendonca (Membership No. A25316) from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, from the closure of business hours on 6th July 2026, as outlined in Annexure-C. 4. Appointment of Maithri K B (Membership No. A80650) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 7th July 2026, as outlined in Annexure-D.
