Prestige Estates Projects, G R Infraprojects and Amber Enterprises to see some action today

Prestige Estates Projects has entered into an investment agreement to acquire 50% stake in Advent Convention and Hotels International. The objective of acquisition is to develop a commercial project on lands admeasuring to 21,978.22 square meter located at Sahar, Village - Andheri, Mumbai Suburban District. The Project entails a total leasable area of around 1.50 million square feet and has a Gross Development Value of around Rs 4,500 crore. The company will infuse an amount of up to Rs 504 crore for the acquisition.

G R Infraprojects’ wholly owned subsidiary -- GR Bandikui Jaipur Expressway has received completion certificate for the project of construction of 4-Lane Greenfield expressway spur from Delhi-Vadodara Greenfield expressway near Bandikui to Jaipur in Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase-I in the state of Rajasthan on Hybrid Annuity Mode. The completion certificate has been issued by the Independent Engineer on June 30, 2026 and has declared the project fit for entry into commercial operation with effect from October 01, 2025. Bid Project cost is Rs 1368.00 (excluding GST).

Amber Enterprises India’s material subsidiary -- IL JIN Electronics (India) (IL JIN) has acquired an additional 1.00% equity stake in Ascent Circuits (Ascent), a subsidiary of IL JIN and a step-down subsidiary of the company on July 03, 2026, for a purchase consideration of around Rs 8 crore. Consequent to the said acquisition, IL JIN’s shareholding in Ascent has increased from 97.50% to 98.50%.

Coal India has signed Joint venture (JV) agreement with U.P. Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam (UPRVUNL) for setting up of renewable energy projects in Uttar Pradesh including ground mounted solar, floating solar, pumped storage projects, wind projects and other renewable energy projects, and sale of power and related business activities. Under the agreement, the JV company will be incorporated as a private limited company. Coal India will hold a 51% stake in the venture, while UPRVUNL will own the remaining 49%.

Fortis Healthcare has signed an Operations and Management (O&M) agreement with Dion Group, one of Odisha's leading real estate and infrastructure development groups, for a 300-bed greenfield multi-specialty hospital to be developed at Dion Riverside Township, Trishulia in Cuttack, Odisha. Headquartered in Bhubaneswar, Dion Group has established a strong presence in the state through landmark residential, commercial and integrated township developments and is currently expanding its footprint across hospitality and healthcare infrastructure. Once operational, the facility will serve as a major tertiary care destination for Odisha and neighbouring regions, bringing advanced clinical expertise, cutting-edge medical technology, and globally benchmarked healthcare services closer to patients.

Bikaji Foods International has made an additional subscription of 2,90,000 shares of Common Stock of $10 each, amounting to $29,00,000 in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Bikaji Foods International USA Corp (Bikaji USA) on July 04, 2026. The additional subscription has been completed in order to set up a manufacturing plant at United States of America to accelerate business growth and enhance market presence, thereby ensuring wider reach and improved customer accessibility.

IndusInd Bank’s net advances stood at Rs 3,26,171 crore as of June 30, 2026 (Q1FY27), posting 2.3% decline in year-on-year (YoY) against Rs 3,33,694 crore as of June 30, 2025. Deposits of the bank increased 4.5% to Rs 4,14,992 crore as of June 30, 2026, as compared to Rs 3,97,144 crore as of June 30, 2025. CASA Ratio decreased to 29.5% as of June 30, 2026 versus 31.5% as of June 30, 2025.
