Further, in this connection, as notified by the Company vide letter dated 26th June, 2026, pursuant to the Company's Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the trading window close period for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their relatives of the company has commenced from 1st July, 2026 and shall remain closed until 48 hours from the date of declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
