The remote e-voting commenced on Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 9:00 am and concluded on Friday, July 3, 2026 at 5:00 pm (IST). The Scrutinizer, Anirudh Grover, Partner of Sanjay Grover & Associates, Company Secretaries, have submitted their report on the results of the Postal Ballot. In this regard, it has enclosed: 1. Report of Scrutinizer dated July 6, 2026; and 2. Voting results pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
