In furtherance of its disclosure dated June 25, 2026 on proposed acquisition of WorkStudio Spaces, based at Singapore (‘WorkStudio’) by Smartworks Space, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (‘Subsidiary’). The same has been completed at a total consideration of 2.47 Million SGD on July 06, 2026. Consequently, Smartworks Coworking Spaces has informed that WorkStudio has become Step Down Subsidiary of the Company. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026 are attached as ‘Annexure-A’.
