Marksans Pharma has informed that the company entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of ABCnow GmbH, a Germany based pharmaceutical company with frontend sales, marketing, and distribution capabilities across German healthcare market. The acquisition marks a strategic step in expanding Marksans' presence across regulated European markets and strengthening its forward-integration strategy through direct, owned market-access capabilities in the European Union. The company has enclosed the details required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/ 4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 given in Annexure A to this letter.
