Tata Capital has raised Rs 2,750 crore through allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs). The company has allotted 2,75,000 Secured, Redeemable, NCDs having face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, on private placement basis. The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 7.88% per annum and a tenor of 1826 days from Date of Allotment (July 07, 2026).
