Angel One has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company will consider the declaration of the first interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27. Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the record date for reckoning the shareholders who shall be entitled to receive the interim dividend, if any, so declared, will be Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Further, as intimated earlier pursuant to the Listing Regulations and the amendments made thereto, the Trading Window in respect of equity shares of the Company will remain closed from July 01, 2026, till 48 hours from the date of declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
