Gujarat Poly Electronics has informed that pursuant to Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 and in furtherance to the letter dated 12th May, 2026 regarding final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each, 5% on the Equity shares approved by the Board, the Company has fixed Friday, 17th July, 2026 as Record Date for the purpose of Dividend, if any, for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The Final dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid within 30 days of the date of AGM to those Member’s whose name shall appear on the Company’s Register of Members as on Friday, 17th July, 2026.
