Svam Software has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 24, 2011, has allotted 1,68,89,000 fully convertible warrants to both promoter as well as non-promoter as 1. 2442600 fully convertible warrants to the promoter group and 14446400 fully convertible warrants to the non-promoters.
These warrants will be converted into equity shares within a period of 18 months from the date of allotment.
