As it has informed through its letter dated June 25, 2026 and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company has been closed for all designated persons with effect from July 1, 2026 upto 48 hours after the declaration of financial results by the Company.
