Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Kothari Industrial Corporation has informed that Evervan Kothari Footwear, a subsidiary of its Associate Company, Phoenix Kothari Footwear, is setting up a state-of-the-art footwear manufacturing facility at Karur, Tamil Nadu, for the manufacture of Adidas footwear. The Ground Breaking Ceremony for the proposed manufacturing facility is scheduled to be held on 10th July 2026 and will be graced by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. To enable its shareholders to witness this significant milestone, the Company has arranged a live webcast of the Ground Breaking Ceremony through Video Conferencing (VC). Shareholders who wish to attend the event virtually are requested to send their request to companysecretary@kotharis.in. Upon receipt of the request, the Company will share the VC link for attending the ceremony.
