Piramal Pharma climbs on getting EIR from USFDA for Sellersville manufacturing facility

Piramal Pharma is currently trading at Rs. 172.10, up by 4.00 points or 2.38% from its previous closing of Rs. 168.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 168.50 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 175.95 and Rs. 166.45 respectively. So far 332326 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 220.90 on 17-Jul-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 132.50 on 23-Mar-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 180.70 and Rs. 166.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 22965.76 crore.

The US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has issued an Establishment Inspection Report (EIR) for Piramal Pharma’s manufacturing facility located at Sellersville (USA). With the issuance of the EIR, the inspection has now been successfully closed by the USFDA.  

Earlier, USFDA had conducted a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) inspection of Piramal Pharma’s Sellersville (USA) facility from May 04, 2026 to May 08, 2026. At the conclusion of the inspection, USFDA issued a Form-483, with three observations.
