Birlanu informs about AGMBirlanu has informed that 79 th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of the Company will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 3:00 PM IST through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with applicable provisions in this regard. The final dividend of Rs. 15 (150%) per equity share of Rs. 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026 approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 12, 2026, if declared at the AGM, will be credited on or before August 21, 2026 to the bank account of the Members whose bank mandate is updated in the records of the Depository Participants/Company as on the said Record Date. It is further informed that, in terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company has fixed Thursday, July 30, 2026 as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of the Members to the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
