IVP has informed that the Company has received a communication dated July 09, 2026, from the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) granting revocation of the previously issued closure directions. Accordingly, the Company has been permitted to recommence operations with immediate effect at its manufacturing facility located at D-19/20, MIDC Area, Tarapur, Boisar, District Palghar, Maharashtra – 401 506. Further material developments, if any, in this matter shall be intimated to the Exchange in a timely manner, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
