Aurobindo Pharma’s wholly owned stepdown subsidiary -- PT Aurogen Pharma Indonesia has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary company by the name of ‘PT Auro Pharm Indonesia’. The new entity was incorporated on July 01, 2026 in Indonesia and the approval from the authorities for incorporation was received on July 09, 2026. The object of incorporation of this wholly owned stepdown subsidiary is to undertake manufacturing operations in Indonesia.
