Mankind Pharma has received approval for the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) company in Netherlands to act as a Special Purpose Vehicle for holding investments in R&D assets and business development activities focused on treatment of niche therapies. The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on July 11, 2026, has inter-alia, considered and approved the same.
Mankind Pharma is engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing a diverse range of pharmaceutical formulations across various acute and chronic therapeutic areas, as well as several consumer healthcare products.
