FGP has informed that this is in furtherance to earlier communication dated July 2, 2026, informing that there was a printing error on page no. 45 of the Annual Report pertaining to the Certificate of Non-Debarment issued by the Secretarial Auditor, Parikh Parekh & Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries. The error relates to Column No. 3 of the table, wherein the name of one director, Shweta Ratnakar Musale, was inadvertently repeated twice instead of mentioning the name of the other director, Rohin Feroze Bomanji. No other printing error has been noticed in the Annual Report. Accordingly, submitted the revised Annual Report for the financial year 2025–26. The revised Annual Report for FY 2025-26, including the Notice of the Annual General Meeting, is also available on the Company’s website at www.fgpltd.in
