Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), Yatra Online has informed that Yatra Online with its wholly owned subsidiary i.e. Yatra Middle East LLC has today entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Kanoo Global Travel Holding Limited and Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo (Holdings) Co. B.S.C. (Closed). The details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure-A. They are also enclosing a copy of Press Release as Annexure-B. The above will also be made available on the website of the Company at www.yatra.com.
