Bhansali Engineering Polymers has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 18th July, 2026 wherein the following business shall inter alia be considered: Approve the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026; and Declara tion of 1st Interim Dividend for the FY 2026-27, if any. Further, as informed vide our letter ref. no. BEPL/SEC/2026/207 dated 30th June, 2026, the trading window for dealing in the Company's Equity shares by the designated persons and/ or their immediate relatives and connected persons has already been closed with effective from 1st July, 2026 and that the same shall open on 21st July, 2026.
