Akme Fintrade (India) raises Rs 25 crore through NCDs

Akme Fintrade (India) has raised Rs 25 crore through the allotment of 25,000 Secured, Listed, Rated, Transferable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 10,000 each on private placement basis. The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 11.50% per annum and a tenure of 24 months. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on July 14, 2026, has inter-alia considered and approved the same. 

Akme Fintrade (India) is a non-banking finance company (NBFC). It is primarily engaged in rural and semi-urban centric lending solutions to look after the needs and aspirations of rural and semi-urban populace.
