Thomas Cook (India) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, August 3, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Further to intimation dated June 29, 2026 the Company has informed that, in terms of the Company's policy on Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company was already closed for the designated persons of the Company and/ or their immediate relatives with effect from July 1, 2026 and shall remain closed up to August 5, 2026.
