Central Mine Planning & Design Institute has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held at Ranchi on Monday, 20th July, 2026 to consider, approve and take on record Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company (Standalone) for the 1st Quarter ended 30th June 2026 after the results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of CMPDIL Board. Further, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations 2015, it is also intimated that the Board of Directors of the company may also, inter alia, consider and declare payment of First Interim Dividend for FY 2026-27, if any. Further, in terms of 'THE CODE FOR PREVENTION OF INSIDER TRADING IN THE SECURITIES OF CMPDIL', the Trading Window for transactions in the securities of the Company which was closed from 1st July, 2026, shall remain closed until 22nd July, 2026 for the purpose of announcement of aforesaid results.
