Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Tata Communications has informed that the tenure of Krishnakumar Natarajan (DIN: 00147772) as an Independent Director of the Company has ended on July 14, 2026. Accordingly, he has ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company with effect from July 15, 2026. The Board places on record its appreciation for the significant contributions made and guidance shared by Krishnakumar Natarajan during his tenure with the Company.
