Saboo Sodium Chloro zooms on getting nod to set up Guar Gum plant

Saboo Sodium Chloro is currently trading at Rs. 9.25, up by 0.36 points or 4.05% from its previous closing of Rs. 8.89 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 8.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 9.25 and Rs. 8.60 respectively. So far 5006 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 36.10 on 23-Dec-2010 and a 52 week low of Rs. 8.56 on 23-Nov-2011.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 9.72 and Rs. 8.56 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11.50 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 57.28 % while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.27 % and 42.45 % respectively.

Saboo Sodium Chloro has received an approval for setting up of Guar Gum plant at Nawa City in Rajasthan. The board at its meeting held on November 14, 2011 has approved for the same.

Saboo Sodium Chloro was incorporated with the object of setting up North India’s first and the largest fully integrated one lakh ton per annum Salt Refinery, using the latest technologies available in the world, to refine salt to a very high degree of purity.
