With refer to intimation dated May 19, 2026 wherein the Board of Directors of the Bank has appointed Biji Sreekrishnavilas Sankaranarayanan (DIN: 11534526) as an Additional Director designated as a Whole Time Director to take up the role of Executive Director of the Bank effective from the date of her taking charge and pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Karnataka Bank has informed that Biji Sreekrishnavilas Sankaranarayanan (DIN: 11534526) has assumed charge today, ie, July 15, 2026 as Executive Director of the Bank. Biji Sreekrishnavilas Sankaranarayanan is a Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank with effect from today i.e., July 15, 2026. As required by the BSE Circular No.: LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 dated June 20, 2018 and NSE Circular No.: NSE/ CML/2018/24 dated June 20, 2018, the Company hereby confirmed that Biji Sreekrishnavilas Sankaranarayanan (DIN: 11534526) has not been debarred from holding the office of a Director by virtue of any order passed by the SEBI or any other such authority.
