BCL Enterprises has informed that the Company has received a resignation letter dated July 16, 2026, from Mr. Shyam Lal, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company, resigning from his position due to personal reasons and other professional commitments with immediate effect. The Company places on record its sincere appreciation for his valuable contributions during his tenure and wishes him success in all his future endeavors. Shyam Lal has also confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than those stated in his resignation letter. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations read with and SEBI Master Circular bearing reference no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 attached as Annexure A also a copy of the Resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure B.
