Alkem Laboratories has informed that the Company has acquired 79,36,50,794 equity shares at issue price of Rs 13.86 per equity share aggregating to Rs 11,00,00,00,005 (‘Rights Shares’) offered by Alkem Medtech, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in India (Alkem Medtech), on a rights basis. The Company has been allotted aforesaid Rights Shares by Alkem Medtech on 15th July, 2026. In this regard, the necessary disclosures/ information required to be submitted pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025- CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, have been provided in Annexure - I. A copy of this disclosure will be made available on the Company’s website in accordance with Regulation 30(8) of the SEBI LODR Regulations.
