Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, Lyka Labs has informed that it enclosed the Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of the AGM and other Statutory Reports for the Financial Year 2025-26 which is being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company / Registrar and Transfer Agent / Depository Participants. Further, in accordance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, the Company will send a letter to the Shareholders whose e-mail addresses are not registered with the Company/RTA/DPs, providing a web-link from where the Annual Report can be accessed on the website of the Company.
