FIIs were net buyers of Rs 1723.91 crore in index futures and options segments on July 16

According to the data released by the NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 1723.91 crore in index futures and options segments, as per Thursday’s data, July 16, 2026.

FIIs were net buyers of index futures to the tune of Rs 1994.32 crore and net sellers of index options worth Rs 270.41 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 1308.49 crore and they sold stock options worth Rs 445.75 crore.
