South Indian Bank has informed that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank held on July 16, 2026, the Board has inter alia considered and approved the following: To hold the 98th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank on Thursday, August 20, 2026 through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in compliance with Companies Act, 2013 read with General Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and all other applicable laws and circulars issued by MCA, Government of India and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) in this regard; The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Bank will remain closed from Friday, 14th August, 2026 to Thursday, 20th August, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of AGM, E-voting and Dividend, if declared, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
