PI Industries has informed that the 79th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 14, 2026, through Video Conferencing (VC ) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM ), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI ). Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has fixed Friday, August 7, 2026, as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of the Members to receive the final dividend of Rs. 10/- per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, if declared at the AGM.
