Further, in continuation to its earlier letter dated June 24, 2026, wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with effect from July 01, 2026. Further, the trading window shall remain closed for up to 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the Financial Results.
